About the house

Minervois house  is a 3 storey stone village house situated just off from the main village street. It has a sunny secluded garden, with BBQ and garden furniture for al fresco dining and sunbathing. We do not have the luxury of a garage but there is parking available right outside the house on the street.

 The house provides very comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people, plus a cot for a baby, high chair and stair gate for added safety for tiny explorers.  The beds all have duvets.  All the equipment is new and includes vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric hob and full size oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV, DVD and CD player. There are some books, CD’s and games to keep you amused.

It has been furnished in a traditional French style, and all the bedrooms have the original stone floors.  There is a wood burner fire and electric radiators in the bedrooms for the cooler times, and for the hot times there is a portable air conditioner, fan and of course lots of windows and doors to open.

Ground Floor

• Open plan Sitting area with wood burner and TV, leading towards the Kitchen - fully fitted and dining area
• Conservatory and toilet / washbasin.
• Garden with BBQ and garden furniture.

First Floor

• Bedroom 1 :    Double bed, fitted wardrobes
• Bedroom 2  :  2 Single beds, walk in wardrobe
• Bathroom    :  Small french bath with overhang shower, washbasin
• WC             

Second Floor

• Bedroom 3  :  With double bed, fitted wardrobes
• Mezzanine   :  Open Mezzanine floor over bedroom 3, with a cot for baby if required.
• Bath & Shower Room:  Full size bath with overhang shower, washbasin, and separate shower  cubicle.
